I've narrowed it down to the range 10021-10024.
I suspect r10023 from Ananta: "Send over the HTTP status code in the
ViewHostMsg_FrameNavigate message coming in from the renderer."
Two other changes in that range:

r10024 cpu Update table of RAM vs number of renderers
