What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any website;
2. Right click any part of the page;
3. Click on 'Inspect Element';
What is the expected result?
Expected to see Google's Dom element inspector for the elements in the
page;
What happens instead?
The inspector screen is displayed but the screen is empty
