OK, here's the current state of this thing... I put it in without letting
WebKit know
that we need space to draw the resizer... This has the side effect of
drawing the
resizer on top of the scroll arrows when there is only one scroll bar.
The reason I did this was that WebKit is much slower to render when we let
it know
that we need there will be a resizer... We don't know exactly why yet, we
are still
investigating this...
We have the same problem on the Mac..
