Perhaps it's the way I'm reading it, but there seem like there are few
cases we might
want to cover:
1.) Download completed (in the original tab, before it was restored)
--> The do nothing case #1
2.) Download was cancelled (by user or host)
--> The do nothing case #2
3.) Download in-progress
--> Resume download...
