What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a website, that has a link to a .css file
(http://ryanfait.com/sticky-footer/ for exapmle)
2. Click on the link to the .css file ("View the CSS" in this case)
What is the expected result?
The .css file should open in the browser itself, like in Firefox.
What happens instead?
It opens a prompt to download the .css file.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
