Comment #25 on issue 5083 by featurebox: High browser process CPU usage from Flash on Vista http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5083
Find enclosed a screen dump of cpu usage by chrome when running the shockwave flash player on http://internetradio.vrt.be/popups/radio1/radioplayer.html?qsbrand=11 Notice the high CPU usage of npswf32.dll and chrome.dll Chrome is the only application running, one tab open. Chrome version 1.0.154.48 Shockwave Flash 10.0 r12 Windows XP SP 2, 1GB RAM, running on a Dell D820 laptop. Available memory 0,5 GB. This memory hardly increases when killing the shockwave flash. CPU Intel T2300 1,66 GHz Attachments: screen dump.JPG 305 KB -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
