My r10328 prevents WM_IME_CHAR messages from being dispatched to view
controls
because rich-edit controls works fine without WM_IME_CHAR messages.
Even though I'm not totally confident this issue is fixed, I wish it fixes
this
issue.
Please feel free to re-open this issue and blame me when this issue still
happens.
