What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I browse to a page, I click submit, which does a post
2. the URL is not changed, but the server returns a modified page
3. I view source chrome does a get and the source of the first page is
shown. The expected behaviour would be to return the source of the 2nd page
from the cache.
