What version of Chrome are you using? Please update Chrome to the latest build by Wrench menu > About Google Chrome. What are you trying to upload a file or photo to? Is it the Attach A File for submitting a bug report to Chromium? Is it attaching a file to GMail? Please specify which program you are using when trying to attach the file.
