New issue 8144 by pallosp: The visible area and clientHeight are out of
sync in full screen mode

Chrome Version : 2.0.166.1
document.body.clientHeight returns the full vertical screen resolution
while the taskbar covers the bottom 30 pixels of it.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the attached script and switch to full screen mode.
