What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open History tab and Download tab, click on Wrench/Clear browsing data

What is the expected result?
I expect that the open tabs of history (downloads and browsing history)
would be "cleared/refreshed" after running Wrench/Clear browsing data..
It's the only natural step to expect really.
What happens instead?
All history remains until close/reopening the tabs
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
A side note, it would also make sense to have a "Clear downloads" link when
viewing downloads such as the the link for clearing History when viewing
history.
