I don't know if it's a bug, but...
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open New tab (Control-T)
2. Press F5 (do not release it)
3. Click right click on white and try to select 'View page source'
4. New tab has the address: chrome-ui://new-tab/ and it's looks odd.
What is the expected result?
View page source
What happens instead?
some odd page (chrome-ui://new-tab/)
