What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From a FIOS 20/5 MB/s connection, invoke speedtest.net in IE, FF,
and Chrome
2. Do speedtest on all 3. Chrome will be 60% slower than IE and FF which
yield rated bandwidth. IE and FF are supported by FIOS Optimizer but Chrome
tweaks not yet given/known.
3. To fix, go to quickfios.com and run optimizer on IE, see what tweaks it
makes.
