I just tried on same build 2.0.168.0 (Developer Build 10605), this issue
still
happens, and seems get worse, after click "Add name tags" button, the whole
page is
corrupt.
Yes, to reproduce, we need to either change the default encoding to GB18030
or just
simplified run Chinese Chrome because the GB18030 will be the default value.
I just filed b/1680999 for this issue, can you please help redirect to
right person?
Meanwhile, I left this issue as open for Evangelism, please feel free close
it if you
think it is not necessary.
