What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome and open any web-site and keep chrome open and in focus.
2. Keep it open and do not work on computer for some time.
3. The display does not automatically powers off.
4. Minimize or close chrome and then do not work on computer for some time.
5. Display powers off.
6. In a nutshell, if chrome is in focus, it does not allow display to power
off.
7. This is noticed highly deterministic in Dell Desktop with lcd monitor.
