New issue 8245 by kimworking: Hold middle-click on tab close button and
move the mouse away does not update button state

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 4: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: FAIL (Closes the tab on mouse pressed)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Middle-click the tab close button
2. While holding the middle button move the mouse away from the button
What is the expected result?
The tab close button is not highlighted
What happens instead?
The tab close button stays highlight, just as when the mouse hovers over it
