Sometimes people might wish to kill all downloads (malicious download of  
some sort)
so it would be a good idea if the tray icon thing is used that people could  
right
click and cancel all downloads.

Actually being able to right click and "see current downloads" might not be  
a bad
idea as well.

Yes, Chrome is a browzer, but the reason for this topic is because people  
download
things from the internet, and though chrome isn't a "download manager" it  
cant hurt
to give it at least decent functionality when it comes to this common task.
