I'll fix this; I need to do some more experiments.
It should be noted that this problem is going to effect those with
high-bandwidth &
high latency networks (e.g. satellite). Currently we do better for XP
users with DSL
links. If we auto-detect better, we can fix both cases.
This is very important, I'll get to it quickly.
