when search history from new tab

Dev build issue.

Build: 2.0.168.0 (Developer Build 10796)
    OS: Any

Other Browsers:
   Safari: N/A
Firefox3: N/A
      IE7: N/A

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Open a new tab
3. Paste "Più" into "Search your history" box
4. Hit "Enter"
5. Observe

Result:
Non-ASCII text corrupt in history page

Expected:
Correct text should display, and correct result should be found if there
is.

Notes:
OK if search non-ASCII text directly from history page
