I just repro'd it on r41443 of WebKit. It looks like the drop-down is not
taking into
account the scrolling. So if I scroll the content frame down to the form
and cause
it to open rather than appearing 400 pixels down from the top of the
viewable area it
is appearing 400 pixels from the top of the entire content frame --
resulting in it
being above the viewable area.
I wonder if this is a code.google.com bug.
I can demonstrate it easily to anyone that is interested.
