Hi - the problem is that under Describe the item you're sellingAdd or remove options | Get help there's no option when eBay loads in Chrome to use the design buttons (bold, underline, fonts, colours etc) to format the item description. In FF or IE7, the buttons are automatically there. Does that help define it a bit more closely?
