New issue 8459 by marcosguep: Download Files loose the extension when the
user change the name of it.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search for any image
2. right click and select Download Image
3. change the name of the file and save (i try with jpg images)
What is the expected result?
i expected download the image right
What happens instead?
the image download without extension for example, i download the file
"example" (obviously image file) and i change the name to "chrome" the file
loss the extension and i have to put it manually.
