What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a new "unmaximized" window.

What is the expected result?
The "Google" text appears next to the minimize button.
What happens instead?
Google is on top of the minimize button. If you maximze the window then
unmaximize, it is fixed.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
