What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create new tab (ctrl+t or new tab button)
2. focus is... nowhere?
3.
What is the expected result?
focus should be in the address bar
What happens instead?
unknown location of focus, cannot enter text into addressbar without
manually going to it
