This is happening because ContentView is not forwarding the DeleteDelegate
method to
the InputWindowDelegate. This means the controller installed by the context
menu is
never cleaned up and remains as a listener after the window has closed. The
particular class in question here is EditFolderController in
bookmark_context_menu.
