Actually, I've tried this on two computers. First my HP laptop running Vista Home Premium SP1, I've tried both the laptop touchpad and a generic USB mouse using built- in MS drivers. The other computer being my workplace desktop running XP Pro SP3, again using a generic HP usb mouse with no special drivers, and this scrolling issue have been there ever since the first Chrome beta was released!! It works fine in all other browsers(I have tried IE7, IE8, Firefox 3, Safari 4 and Opera 9.5).
