New issue 8600 by manoharyes: Setting tr height using javascript not  
working in chrome

Chrome Version       : 1.0.154.48

Other browsers tested: IE7, FF 3.0.7, Safari 3.2.1
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: FAIL
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just unzip the file attached
2. Double click on the HTML file, You will see a simple table with default
heights and an alert box, press "ok"
3. After that you will see a table with no height.


What is the expected result?
It should take the specified height in JS file

What happens instead?
It is resetting all heights to default.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Works as expected in FF and IE. Is there anything I am missing here?
