1. This issue also happens when the download folder has some western
characters, for
example, if the download folder is "télécharger" (Means "Download" in
French), drag a
file from this folder, Chrome will also show "This webpage is not found."
2. I checked CCJK, Seems OK for CCJK
3. Safari 4 and latest Webkit r41545 don't have this problem.
