What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open New Tab page or one of the other pages listed above. 2. Switch to another tab. 3. Switch back to the original tab. 2. Page Menu > Create application shortcuts. What is the expected output? Menu item should remain disabled. What do you see instead?
