   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to above URL
2. Open an existing issue and try to add a comment(click on the comment
text box)
3. Try to change the Status, Owner, Labels etc

What is the expected result?
The auto-complete popup should be displayed just below the text field

What happens instead?
The auto-complete popup is displayed far above the text field, the more
scrolled down the page, the far above it is displayed. See screenshot.

This issue doesn't happen in stable build 1.0.154.48 (Official Build 9043),
it is a regression
