The Chromium page doesn't have any lang encoded in the URL. We depend on
the server
to switch based on accept-lang.
The help URLs have the current UI lang embedded in the URL so that the user
gets help
in the current UI language.
I think what we're doing makes sense for the Help case.
We could add an ?hl=lang param to the Chromium link.
