More observation:
Usually, if you access a css URL in IE, IE will display a dialog to prompt
you to
save or open it, but in this case if access the remote css reference in IE,
IE will
display it directly.
This means, the type of this css may be different from a normal css file,
it is more
like a html file, this may be the cause of the problem in Chrome.
