r41551 in webkit got rid of TextDecoder class on March 10. My patch to add
the
encoding auto detection got bit-rotten
(http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16482). I'll update the patch there
and hope
to get it landed in the webkit soon.
