The style property "overflow: hidden" is the cause of this issue. If remove
that
property, then page works fine.
Happens also in stable build http://go/reductions/8596/test-standard.html,
latest
trunk build 2.0.170.0 (Developer Build 11530).
This issue only happens in Chrome, it doesn't happen in Safari 3(WebKit
nightly 41128).
