The behavior I now get on Aero glass (haven't tested elsewhere) is that
after
unlocking you don't see a titlebar but you do get the taskbar covering the
window. I
suspect we're doing the wrong thing when handling SPI_WORKAREACHANGED or
whatever,
and forcibly clipping ourselves to the work rect.
