What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make Chrome the default browser, then fire up itunes
2.click "buy now" on an album (or add to cart and then try to checkout)
3.get the error popup: "we could not complete your itunes store request.
the network connection was reset"
4. close itunes, make IE 7 the default, and the problem goes away
