What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Middle click (scroll wheel) on a link with a target attribute: <a
href="http://google.com/search?q=freezing" target="google_popup"
onclick="focusWindow()">freezing</a>
What is the expected result?
Show one tab with the page I middle clicked on.
What happens instead?
Two tabs open: one blank tab and one with the page I clicked on.

possible.
