Changing the player from Windows Media to Quicktime in 2.0.170.0 (Developer
Build
11631) resulted in the page reloading and the audio playing on load. My
preference
was retained an subsequent visits everything works.
Given that there is an easy work around I am going to close this as Won't
Fix.
