Launch Cox Enhanced Webmail 2. 3. What is the expected result? A list of Inbox message titles appear, below that the body of the message selected should appear in the window below. Alternatively, if a folder of saved mail is selected, the list of messages in the folder appears at the top and the body of the selected message should appear in the window below. What happens instead? The body of the message does not load in the display window. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. You can force a load of the message body by opening the message, then closing it, this will load the message body in the preview window. The body will not display in the opened message pop up window as it should. This issue could be related to 1964. I do not have the skill set to reduce this, only report it.
