What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.windows xp SP3
2.open some windows on a widescreen monitor
3.try and use the "split hor/vert" option. Chrome is left out of split.
What is the expected result?
chrome will be split horizontally/vertically as with other open windows.
What happens instead?
all windows but chrome is split over screen
