Taking. Submitted http://codereview.chromium.org/48005 which ports
visitedlink tests
to Linux and makes them pass (initially they were broken on Linux; same
failure as
above, in DebugValidate).
I'm not sure if that'll fix this bug. If not, then I would try running
startup_tests
always with clear profile (even between individual browser runs).
