What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome, navigate to a new page
2. Middle-click back button
3. Nothing happens
For bonus points, the new tab should have your browsing history from the
previous tab in it. So you can click back again in the new tab. FireFox
fails in this regard.
