Here are the values in Firefox 3.1 Beta 2.
network.automatic.ntlm-auth.allow-proxies (default) true
network.automatic.ntlm-auth.trusted-uris (default)
network.ntlm.send-lm-response (default) false

Changing the network.automatic.ntlm-auth.allow-proxies to false still loads  
gmail and
other https sites.
