Even though the overall direction is RTL now, the bug is not fixed.
1. On download page
a. The search box and search button should go to right
b. The download icon should go to right
2. On history page
a. The search box and search button should go to right
b. The position of "Delete history for this day" link and browsing date
should be reversed
c. The browsing time should go to right
This is a major broken for Arabic and Hebrew, and I am changing the
priority to P1
now.
