Hi, I'm able to reproduce this bug and several others related to resize-on-drag. Note: Sometimes chrome exhibits the correct drop behavior for all of the below. i am only noting the incorrect behavior, which does not occur all the time. So if it doesn't happen the first time, keep doing it until it happens. 2.0.169.1 Beta Channel Scenario 1: One window is already sized to half the screen size. repro: - open two windows - make one window fill the left half of the screen. second window can be anywhere. for the next step, do one of the following: - drag second window to right drop target. window disappears into nowhere and is only accessible via taskbar > maximize. cannot be moved. - drag second window to bottom target: window either disappears into nowhere (same as right target) or appears almost completely offscreen, with the top of the window right above taskbar - drag second window to left target: window fills bottom left quadrant of screen. Scenario 2: One window is already maximized. repro: - open two tabs in one maximized window for the next step, do one of the following: - drag one tab to the left target: window fills bottom half of screen, but maximized (parent) window does not resize - drag one tab to bottom target: window fills bottom half of screen, but maximized (parent) window does not resize OR window appears almost completely offscreen, with the top of the window right above taskbar - drag one tab to right target: window appears almost completely offscreen, with top left corner of window appearing an inch left of the middle of the right edge of the screen OR window disappears into nowhere (can only view by maximize) -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
