The first part* of this has been implemented and checked in (albeit
disabled).
* This is the Feed Auto-discovery part that parses the HTML header to see
if there
are feeds available.
Note: I disabled showing the RSS icon because we need to implement a default
stylesheet for XML feeds that don't have any stylesheet specified (in those
cases we
would just render the XML without any formatting or linebreaks, which is
not a good
user experience).
So, until we have a good landing page for RSS feed, this will remain
disabled. See:
LocationBarView::SetRssIconVisibility.
Hopefully, I'll get to finish the rest of this soon.
