New issue 9027 by VSMReddy: Unable to remove downloads - "Remove" option is
missing in Context menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Ctrl+j to open Downloads page.
2. Right click on a downloaded link.
3. "Remove" option is missing in Context menu.
What is the expected result?
"Remove" option should be present and it should delete the downloaded file
link.
What happens instead?
Unable to remove downloaded file list
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
