It is not fixed.
And there are two scenarios makes this bug even more serious:
1. Text on the "Most visited" instruction page are invisible
Steps:
1. Delete "User Data" folder
2. Do a fresh install of Chrome
3. Observe the "Most visited" instruction page after launch Chrome
Result:
Text are invisible, please refer to Text_on_Most_Visited_Page.JPG
2. Text on the "Recently closed" mouse hover bubble are invisible
Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Navigate to several Thai pages

>>http://www.meemodel.com/chat/
>>http://chat.thaicool.com/
3. Close Chrome
4. Reopen Chrome
5. Hover mouse to the "Recently closed" area
Result:
On the popped up bubble, only icons are showing, the text are invisible,
