Technically, we support both. But most users just choose to import their
settings,
which then overwrites whatever home page was there to begin with. So to
avoid this,
we forcibly skip the first-run experience, which isn't optimal.
I believe this bug should be: if we have a pre-set home page defined,
importing
shouldn't overwrite it.
