Could we expose a user-mode filesystem to all plugins and then destroy it  
on exit? We
could use something like http://code.google.com/p/dokan In fact we could  
just encrypt
the filesystem with a random key that is never persisted so even if we  
crash the
filesystem is meaningless.

I am pushing this out to Milestone X as we don't seem to have a clear  
decision on
when we would take this on or how.  We can move it back into a milestone as  
soon as
we have these things decided.
